PIVOT MEDIA collects a limited amount of information through this website in order to respond to commercial enquiries. This page explains what is collected, why it is collected, how long it is kept and what choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through our enquiry forms. Depending on the form, this can include your name, company or organization, business email address, telephone number, industry, target market, indicative budget, campaign objectives and the content of your message.

We also record, for each enquiry, the page from which it was submitted, the interface language, campaign parameters present in the address, and a hashed technical identifier derived from the originating connection. The raw network address is not stored; the hash is used only to prevent automated abuse of the forms.

Why we collect it

Your information is used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, to route it to the appropriate team, to prepare a commercial response, and to maintain a record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

Where you submit an enquiry, the processing is carried out on the basis of your consent and our legitimate commercial interest in responding to a business enquiry you have initiated. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in our commercial records and retained for as long as necessary to manage the relationship or to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiry information is accessible only to authorized staff through an access-controlled administration interface.

Analytics

Analytics are optional and privacy-conscious. They are activated only if you accept the cookie notice, and only if an analytics identifier has been configured. Declining does not restrict any part of this website.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where that occurs, we require appropriate contractual safeguards to be in place.
